What is worth writing about

• Something wrong in a game. Tell us which game, which device and which system version, and what you were doing when it happened. Those three things cut the search for the cause down enormously.
• An idea for a game, or something you would like to see in one that already exists.
• A mistake on this site — a clumsy translation, a link that goes nowhere, a screenshot that no longer matches the game.
• Privacy and personal data. Rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR are exercised at this same address; see the privacy policy.
• Business enquiries. Same address.

What we cannot do

• Refunds and subscriptions. Anything bought through a store is handled by that store: Apple and Google hold the payment, and only they can refund it or stop a renewal. Write to us anyway if something looks wrong — we just cannot press the button ourselves.
• Support for other people's software. If the problem is the phone or the operating system rather than the game, this is not the right place.
