Website terms
These terms govern the use of this website. The games have their own terms, because they govern something else — using the game, and anything bought inside it. Here are Wordkeeper's and the card games', one for Briscola and Scopa.
1. Who publishes the site
Davide Pergola, Pioltello (MI), Italy — info@prgspace.com. One Boat Games is the name under which the games are published.
2. What this site is
An informational site: it presents the games, shows their screenshots and publishes their documents. The site itself has no account, no payment and nothing to sign up for; the games that have an account say so in their own terms. It is offered as is, and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
3. What the site does not sell
Some games are downloaded from an app store, such as the App Store; others, such as Briscola, are played for free straight in the browser. For a downloaded game your contract is with that store and with the game's own terms — not with this site. Prices, refunds and subscriptions are handled there.
4. Screenshots and descriptions
Games change. The screenshots and descriptions here show the version current when the page was written, and a later update may look different or work differently. What the store's page says about the version you are installing takes precedence.
5. Intellectual property
The One Boat Games name, the game names, the design of the site, its text, images and screenshots are protected by copyright and remain with the publisher, except for the playing cards listed in section 6, which keep their own licences. You may link to any page freely; reusing the content to build something else, no.
App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.; Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. The badges are used according to their owners' guidelines and link to the app's own listing.
6. The cards in the card games
The decks in Briscola and who made them. Each one keeps its own licence, including in the screenshots on this site.

7. Liability
The site is free and provided without warranty: we do not warrant that the pages are complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from using it. This does not limit liability the law does not allow to be excluded, nor any rights the law grants to consumers.
8. Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run — the stores among them. There their own terms and policies apply, not these.
9. Changes to these terms
They may be updated. The version in force is the one published here, bearing the date shown above.
10. Governing law
Italian law applies. For disputes with someone using the site as a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Milan.
